The premises are modern, anti-seismic structures in impeccably maintained condition. The cellar has wine vats that guarantees the best technical, sanitary and environmental conditions for wine elaboration.
Musts and wines circulate during the different phases of the production process through stainless steel special pumps and pipes that ensure their purity and quality. The winery, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, has a modern freezing device for the elaboration of highest-quality fine red wine, which is the company’s specialty.
The winery premises also include administrative offices, the laboratory, depots, weight scales for the trucks and parking lot.
The grapes of our vineyards and all our wines are organic, with international certification granted by Argencert – Group Ecocert , accredited to IFOAM (International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements), under whose control and strict rules adjusted to those of the European Union are produced and elaborated. We also have NOP (Natural Organic Program) certification for the entry of our products to the United States and Canada.
University-graduated experts, assisted by specialized personnel, conduct and control the grape harvest and the winemaking.
In the foreign market, we exported our production to Estados Unidos, Canada, México, Suiza, Japan, China and Brazil. In the domestic market we supply the top Argentine retailers.
