SUITABLE VEGAN

It is another characteristic of VIÑAS DE ALTO SALVADOR wines. To obtain this certification we strictly comply the standards and requirements of the LIAF Control certifier, preparing our products without using inputs of animal origin or their derivatives throughout the process, respecting the environment and promoting their conservation.

Our winery performs static clarifications without using egg albumin, casein (protein derived from milk), gelatin (which is obtained from animal cartilage, almost always from fish) or the socalled ichthychola (which is obtained from the swim bladder of some fish), using only tangential filtering for all varietals.
